Positioning young adults to realize their potential for a SUCCESSFUL FUTURE!
Why our work is crucial
More than 25 percent of American young adults experience a serious traumatic event by age 16, experiences that often affect learning.
70% of adults in the U.S. have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lives. That’s 223.4 million people.
As a critical component to economic mobility and prosperity, there must be initiatives in place that promote resilience for anyone who experienced childhood trauma.
If given the opportunity, skills and wraparound support, every young adult, regardless of ZIP code or race, can be empowered to thrive!
We provide young adults between the ages of 18-29, in vulnerable communities a well-defined pathway to employment and financial stability by offering vocational training and workforce development opportunities that lead to industry certification.
Vocational training programs aimed at reviving the blue-collar economy
We successfully prepare dedicated and motivated young adults, to thrive in the competitive global economy.
