Positioning young adults to realize their potential for a  SUCCESSFUL FUTURE!
Value Proposition
Students Learning

We provide young adults between the ages of 15-24, in vulnerable communities a well-defined pathway to employment and financial stability by offering vocational training and workforce development opportunities that lead to industry certification.

We meet individuals where they are and help them navigate through the complexities of life and education. Our program guides students directly into a career path that allows them to follow their passions and obtain sustainable employment. Eradicating the pipeline to violence, drugs and prison.

Why our work is crucial
  • 70% of adults in the U.S. have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lives. That’s 223.4 million people. (Site Source:

  • 1 in 5 high school students was bullied at school: 1 in 6 experienced Cyberbullying. (Site Source: National Center for Injury Prevention and Control: Division of Violence Protection (2014). • As a critical component to economic mobility and prosperity, there must be initiatives in place that promote resilience for trauma-exposed youth.
